Large fans have significant energy-saving advantages in the application of air circulation in industrial buildings. Generally, the larger the fan diameter, the greater the air volume generated per unit of energy consumption. Large industrial fans were first applied and popularized in North America. China began to promote them in 2008. Now, the development from deceleration fans to permanent magnet direct drive fans is unstoppable. The energy-saving effect of direct drive fans is significantly improved compared to traditional reduction fans. At the same time, the operating noise is significantly reduced, and the service life and reliability are notably enhanced. Due to the elimination of the reduction gearbox, there will be no pollution caused by lubricating oil leakage, achieving maintenance-free operation throughout the entire life cycle. A standard factory building of 10,000 square meters only needs to install 5 to 10 large fans of 7.3 meters, which can save more than 70% of energy compared with traditional distributed small fans, and save more than 100,000 yuan in electricity fees annually.

Our industrial fans are the benchmark of lightweight design in China. At the same time, they are also the efficiency benchmark of direct drive fans. The fans have an efficiency of 84% within the speed regulation range, especially under the maximum speed load condition of 70%, the motor efficiency can reach 90%. The dedicated fan driver adopts a fanless cooling design, avoiding the inability of the driver to function due to the failure of the cooling fan. Even with fanless cooling, the temperature rise of our driver system is controlled within 20 degrees. By optimizing the structural design, the distribution box that no longer requires traditional fans can save investment and installation space for customers. The software that has been designed and optimized achieves better electromagnetic noise control goals. Corresponding protection programs have been developed based on the operating characteristics of fans in various scenarios, strengthening safety protection measures. It can achieve overload protection, temperature protection, overvoltage protection, and protection measures to prevent collisions and severe dynamic imbalance. The intuitive operation interface enables users to understand everything at a glance and operate directly without reading the user manual.
